Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: 2026-10-13
This page tells you how to disconnect your Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok and Google Ads (YouTube) accounts from MadSlope, and how to ask us to delete the data that we got from these platforms. MadSlope is a service of Aluminum.io, Inc., 313 S State St, Dover, DE 19901, United States.
What MadSlope uses. MadSlope is a service for businesses. It uses only the platforms' ad publishing and reporting APIs: the Meta Marketing API (through our placement provider), the TikTok API for Business, the Google Ads API, and the YouTube Data API to upload your ads to your YouTube channel. MadSlope does not access social data: it does not read profiles, friends or followers, posts, messages, likes, or personal data about the people who see your ads. MadSlope is not a consumer or social app.
1. Disconnect your ad accounts in MadSlope
- Sign in at app.madslope.com.
- Open your organization's Settings › Ad accounts.
- Under Use an existing connection, find your Meta, TikTok or Google Ads login and click Revoke.
Revoke disconnects the login from MadSlope and removes its ad accounts from every organization. MadSlope then deletes the login tokens that it keeps for Google Ads (YouTube) and TikTok and asks the platform to cancel them. For Meta, our placement provider holds the tokens; Revoke disconnects the login there. If an ad still runs through the login, stop the ad first.
To remove an ad account from one organization only, click Unlink on that ad account.
2. Remove MadSlope in the platform
You can also remove MadSlope's access in the platform itself, at any time:
- Facebook and Instagram (Meta): in Facebook, go to Settings and privacy › Settings › Business integrations, select MadSlope and click Remove. If a business portfolio connected MadSlope, a business admin can also remove it in Meta Business Settings.
- TikTok: in your TikTok for Business account, remove MadSlope from the apps that have access to your advertiser accounts.
- Google Ads and YouTube: go to your Google account's third-party access page, select MadSlope and remove its access.
When you remove access in a platform, MadSlope can no longer get data from that platform for you. This does not delete the data that MadSlope already has. To delete it, send a request (section 3).
3. Ask us to delete your data
Use the contact form at www.madslope.com/contact and choose the topic "Privacy request (access/delete/correct)". Tell us:
- your name and the email address of your MadSlope account;
- the organization;
- the platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube), or "all".
We may ask you to confirm your identity. We answer within 30 days. We delete data that we got from YouTube within 7 days of your request.
4. What we delete
We delete the login tokens and the data that we got from the platforms' APIs for you ("platform data"):
- the login tokens and grants (if Revoke did not already delete them), and the link between your ad accounts and MadSlope;
- the platform account data: the login's name and platform user ID, the ad account IDs, names and currencies, and the YouTube channel ID and name;
- the platform IDs of your placed ads (campaign, ad set, ad and video IDs) and their status and rejection reasons from the platform;
- the ad metrics from the platforms (spend, impressions, clicks, views).
We also ask our placement provider to delete this data. We delete it from our active systems. Copies in our backups are deleted when the backups expire.
Exception. If we have reason to suspect fraud, spam, abuse, or misuse of the AI notice (for example a notice that was removed or changed), we may keep the specific records that we need to investigate it, to act on it, and for legal claims. We also keep data where the law requires us to keep it. We keep only what is needed for that purpose, we restrict access to it, and we delete it when we no longer need it.
5. What we keep, and why
A deletion request does not delete MadSlope data. MadSlope data is our own records about your account, your organization and the people who use them. It is not platform data, also when a record is about an ad that runs on a platform:
- account and identity details, email addresses and IP addresses;
- your organization and its members;
- your briefs, inputs, brand assets and settings;
- the ads, previews and paid files that MadSlope made;
- purchases and payment records;
- the records of each placement that MadSlope made for you: what we sent to the platform (the ad, the text, the landing page, the budget, the dates, the audience settings), when, the AI notice and the AI flags that we set, and your confirmations;
- messages that you sent us, our logs, and our enforcement records.
We keep MadSlope data to provide MadSlope; to enforce our Terms of Service; to prevent and investigate fraud, spam and abuse, including the removal or change of an AI notice or other misrepresentation of AI output; for legal claims; and for our legal, tax and accounting duties. We may also use it to train and improve our systems, including our AI models and abuse detection. Sections 11, 12, 13A and 17 of our Terms of Service and section 6 of our Privacy Notice give the details. Section 11.3 of the Terms says how we use brand assets.
We do not use platform data, or the data that we get from your Google account, to train AI models. See sections 8A and 8B of the Privacy Notice.
To close your MadSlope account, or to ask about other data, use the same contact form.
6. Data on the platforms
Deleting data at MadSlope does not delete anything on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads or YouTube. Your ads, campaigns, videos, channel and metrics stay in your accounts there, and the platform's terms apply to them. To delete them, use the platform. If an ad still runs, stop it in the platform.
7. Confirmation
When we have deleted the data, we tell you by email, to the address that you used in the contact form. The email says which platforms the deletion covered and which records we keep.
