Privacy and terms
Last updated: September 19, 2026
This page explains what information Mad Slope collects on madslope.com, why we collect it, and the rules for using this site. If you use this site, you agree to these terms.
What you give us
When you send a brief, we get what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, the run you picked, and your message.
You give us this information for one purpose only: so that we can contact you about your commercial needs.
What we collect when you visit
Our website sets two cookies. One recognizes your browser when you come back, and expires after two years. The other groups the pages you look at in one visit, and expires after four hours.
With these cookies, we record your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you visit, the site that sent you here, any campaign tags in the link, and your approximate location (country and city), which we get from your IP address. We use this to learn how people find us and which pages work.
When you send the form, we also record signals about how the form was filled in, such as timing and typing. We use these signals only to find spam.
Who else gets it
- Our service providers. We use trusted companies to host this website, store what you send us, and deliver our email. They handle your information only to provide these services to us.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site. Your browser gets the fonts directly from Google, so Google receives your IP address.
- Law enforcement, if the law requires it, or if we report abuse of this site.
How long we keep it
We keep brief information for as long as we work with you or might work with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time. We delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you. Send the request through the brief form and say what you want.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Rules for using this site
- Send true information about yourself and your business.
- Do not use the form to send spam, sales pitches, malware, or automated messages. If you do, we may block you and report you to the FBI or to other organizations.
- Do not try to break into, overload, or copy this site.
Briefs, quotes, and work
Sending a brief does not create a contract. We agree to do work only when we confirm the scope, price, and delivery time with you in writing.
Our content
The text, pixel art, and design on this site belong to Mad Slope. Do not copy them without our permission.
No guarantees
We try to keep this site correct and online, but we provide it “as is.” We are not responsible for losses caused by using the site or by the site being unavailable, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
We may update this page. When we do, we change the date at the top. If you use the site after a change, you accept the new version.
